Research Results, Inc. Appoints Chief Client Officer
Fitchburg, MA, October 2019 – Research Results, Inc. – the industry leading market research operations partner – announces the appointment of Ellen Pieper as the company’s Chief Client Officer. The appointment reaffirms Research Results’ commitment to consistently providing a best-in-class infrastructure, high-touch customer service and a dedication to deliver the highest quality research data and deliverables to our clients.
In this new role, Pieper will be responsible for the leadership, vision, and financial performance of the team of subject matter experts and offerings. She will strategically drive business growth across the company. Pieper will implement strategies that will expand and build relationships. This transformative role will be market-focused, client-facing, commercially oriented, and a magnet for our internal and external stakeholders.

Pieper was previously the Chief Revenue Officer for Symmetric, a sampling firm based in Arlington TX. Prior to this, Pieper spent almost 7 years at WPP-owned Lightspeed GMI, where she latterly served as Account Executive, as well as a Client Operations Coordinator in Bellevue, WA. She has a degree in Psychology with a concentration in statistics and research from Columbia University in New York City. She has also achieved the designation of Professional Researcher Certification from the PRC Board of the MRA.
Pieper is currently the President-Elect of the Southwest Chapter of the Insights Association, sits on the Board of Directors for the Master of Science in Marketing Research (MSMR) program at the University of Texas at Arlington and is a member of the Women in Research (WIRe) Association, where in 2018 she was named a “C-Track” up and comer.
