Simplifying Type 2 Diabetes presented by Scherrie Keating, Registered Nurse, & Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, of Diabetes Kare Consulting, LLC, will be held virtually on Wednesday, February 17, 2021, at 7:00 PM.

Ever feel overwhelmed trying to understand what this condition called Type 2 Diabetes is and how to manage it? Don’t worry, you’re not the only one. In fact, there are currently 34.2 million people living with Diabetes in the US. The key is to have a basic understanding of what Diabetes is and the important role daily self- management plays in keeping your blood sugars under control. Attend this program, walk away with need to know, simplified strategies to help you manage your Diabetes, achieve your blood sugar goals, and prevent potential, serious long-term complications.
