Long brings expertise to help clients meet their financial goals through Fidelity Bank’s LifeDesign approach
(Leominster, Mass.) Fidelity Bank today announced the appointment of Gelsomina Long to Vice President, Loan Servicing Manager for Fidelity Bank’s Leominster Connector banking center. In this role, Long will oversee all loan servicing and lead the residential and commercial loan servicing teams.
“Gelsomina brings extensive experience in commercial loan servicing, which will serve Fidelity Bank well in its move to a unified commercial and residential loan servicing model,” said Dana Roberts, Senior Vice President, Senior Operations & Mortgage Lending Officer, Fidelity Bank. “With her skills and knowledge of process improvement, Gelsomina’s ability to build strong, collaborative teams makes her an ideal contributor to assist clients with the Fidelity Bank LifeDesign approach when meeting their financial needs.”
Most recently, Long held the role of Loan Servicing Manager at Salem Five Bank where she oversaw Mortgage, Consumer and Commercial Loan Servicing, and System Process and Control. She also held similar positions at Bank of New England and Admirals Bank.

A resident of Peabody, Long received an associate degree in Business Administration from Bentley College.
