Leominster, MA– Leominster Credit Union announces that Barbara A. Mahoney has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer.
Mahoney has been with Leominster Credit Union for over 15 years and most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. In her new role, Barbara will continue to manage the Human Resources Department and Facilities Department but will now add the oversight of Information Technology (IT) and Operations to her responsibilities. Mahoney will continue to report to John O’Brien, President and CEO and serve as a member of the senior management team.

Mahoney is a long-time resident of Leominster and an active member of the community. She is the Chair of the Board for both the Employers Association of the Northeast and MassHire North Central Workforce Board as well as a member of SHRM and NEHRA and serves on the Foundation Committee for St. Bernard’s Central Catholic High School.
