Fore the Future Golf Classic Raises More Than $10,000 for FLNC Scholarships

The North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce and its Future Leaders of North Central (FLNC) committee hosted the inaugural North Central Golf Tour Championship: Fore the Future FLNC Scholarship Golf Classic on Monday, October 5, at Oak Hill Country Club in Fitchburg.

A field of 72 golfers signed up for an afternoon shotgun start, on-course challenges, raffles and a silent auction, followed by an evening reception. Together, players, sponsors and donors raised $10,347.58 for the FLNC Non-Traditional Scholarship Fund, enough to fund five $2,000 scholarships for students across North Central Massachusetts.
