Please note some plans will have significant benefit changes effective April 1, 2018. \u00a0Intermediary Plan Changes document describe the benefit changes that go into effect on April 1, 2018. \u00a0These documents were mailed in late January. \u00a0Please share the information in these documents with all your benefit-eligible employees. \u00a0Some new options offer lower monthly premium rates for your business.
