The funding will support the renovation of the existing Wallace Library and create an entirely new children\u2019s library to replace the previous Youth Library.<\/p>\n<p>The OWL Capital Campaign is an initiative to enhance the facilities of the library\u2019s main building, located at 610 Main Street in Fitchburg.
