At these forums, the following topics will be discussed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The importance of economic development.<\/li>\n<li>The tax benefits of economic development.<\/li>\n<li>The impact of economic development on your tax bills.<\/li>\n<li>What the Town allows for economic development and what other towns allow.<\/li>\n<li>Is the Town\u2019s Performance Zone right for economic development?<\/li>\n<li>What do you want to see for new economic development?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All this and more will be discussed at the public forum.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Public Forums on Economic Development<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><u>Wednesday March 6, 2024 at 6:30 PM <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>1835 Town Hall (31 Main Street)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>If you can\u2019t attend the Wednesday night forum, the program will be repeated on <u>Saturday March 9, 2024 at 9:30 AM<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Please attend and give us your input!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thank you \u2013 the Sterling Planning Board &amp; Economic Development Committee<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Light refreshments will be served)<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Town\u2019s zoning for economic development is limited and outdated.
