Governor Baker and Lt. Governor Polito announced today changes to various advisories and executive orders pertaining to COVID-19 and reopening:<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

1.Stay at Home Advisory Rescinded<\/span><\/b>: Effective Monday, January 25<\/span>ta\u00a0<\/span><\/sup>at 5:00am, the DPH Stay at Home Advisory for the hours of 10pm \u2013 5am is rescinded.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

2.Early Closure of Businesses Order Rescinded:<\/span><\/b>\u00a0Effective Monday, January 25<\/span>ta<\/span><\/sup>\u00a0at 5:00am, the Mandatory Early Closure of Businesses Order requiring certain businesses to close by 9:30pm will be rescinded. On Monday, January 25<\/span>ta<\/span><\/sup> at 5:00am, the following businesses and activities listed below may operate past 9:30pm:<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Restaurants<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Arcades & Other Indoor & Outdoor Recreation (Phase 3, Step 1 businesses only)<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Indoor and Outdoor Events<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Movie Theaters and Outdoor Performance Venues<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Drive-In Movie Theaters<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Youth and Adult Amateur Sports Activities<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Golf Facilities<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Recreational Boating and Boating Businesses (e.g. charter boats)<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Outdoor Recreational Experiences<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Casinos and Horse Tracks\/Simulcast Facilities<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Gyms\/Fitness Centers and Health Clubs<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Indoor and Outdoor Pools<\/span><\/p>\n

*Gatherings may go beyond 9:30pm<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

*Liquor stores and other retail establishments that sell alcohol may sell alcohol past 9:30pm; adult use cannabis retailers may also sell cannabis after 9:30pm<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

*Note \u2013 Phase 3, Step 2 businesses must remain fully closed<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

3.Temporary Capacity and Gathering Limits Extended:<\/span><\/b>\u00a0The 25% temporary capacity and gathering limits remain in place until\u00a05:00 AM on Monday February 8<\/b><\/span>ta<\/span><\/sup><\/b>.<\/i><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
