Kim Casto is the founder & owner of Bodylines Pilates, a studio offering private lessons, group classes and rehab classes at the fully equipped pilates studio in Lancaster and on-site at various locations throughout the greater Leominster area. Maedon Coburn is the president and owner of Appleseed Personnel Services in Leominster. Maedon has been in the staffing industry for 20 years. She is a member of the board of NCMCC, on the advisory committee of the Shine Initiative, and a regional vice president of Temp Net, a national group of individually owned staffing services. John P. Ciccone IV has been in the culinary field since 1999. Having attended the Culinary Institute of America in New York, his background since has been varied in the style of cuisine and service. He has made his mark at The Sterling Country Club, The Nashua Country Club and the Sonoma Restaurant where they were recognized by The Phantom Gourmet with a four star award. John joined the Four Points by Sheraton in 2005 and has held several positions including Rounds Chef and Sous Chef. In January of 2009 he was made acting Executive Chef and the position was confirmed in June of that same year. John’s expertise lies in Italian cuisine but dabbles in all styles.
