Government Affairs Committee

The Government Affairs Committee is responsible for becoming involved in the political process to make the voice of the business community heard. The committee makes recommendation to support policies and legislation that seek to improve the business climate in the region and statewide. The committee also opposes those things that would negatively impact businesses in North Central Massachusetts. One way the committee become involved in the political process is by the recommendation of a Legislative Watch List, which helps to set Chamber policies on specific issues.
